Shipping, Cancellation, Returns Policy
Items ordered from My eCentury™ (other than software downloads) are delivered by US Priority Mail unless Federal Express overnight is requested. Orders are generally shipped within one week of purchase. If an item is out of stock, customers are notified by email of when the delivery is expected.You can help expedite your order by using the same shipping address as your billing address and by providing a phone number that is on file with your credit card company (alternate shipping addresses and cell phone numbers may cause order delays).
Delivery Time
Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes for payment authorization, order processing and actual transit time. In addition, delivery schedules are subject to circumstances beyond the carrier's control such as weather conditions and mechanical problems.
Orders Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $15.00 shipping surcharge per item. Some orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require extra shipping time to reach their destination.
International Orders
My eCentury™.com does not ship internationally or to U.S. Territories.
Additional Information
The price in effect at the time of your order is the price you will be charged, plus shipping and applicable sales tax. Products shipped to the state of California, will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
For all returns, shipping is pre-paid by the customer.
Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be charged a $5.00 transaction fee. Orders can not be cancelled after shipment. Defective Software CDs can be returned for a replacement within 30 days. No other products offered by MyeCentury.com can be returned.
- Notify us by email (sales@myecentury.com) that you will be returning the CD.
- State the reason for the return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Return the CD using the shipping method of your choice.
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on merchandise returned to My eCentury™ for any reason.
- We will send a replacement CD within one week of receiving the defective Software CD.
If your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery, then notify our Customer Service department so that we can track the return and issue your replacement in a timely manner.
My eCentury™ does not allow re-routing of packages while in transit for security purposes.
