How can I remember details of my past to create my story?
It is an easy and stimulating process. My eCentury™ software includes Memory Joggers©, questions designed inspire your thinking and to evoke memories. The eCentury manual includes time-tested concepts and techniques to help you get started. Take a look through that shoe box full of old photos and make a list of people or events in your life. You’ll begin noticing that once you start recalling and recording your stories other stories that you may have forgotten will begin surfacing. We offer a booklet titled Memory Techniques and Tools which discusses time-tested concepts, techniques and tools in more detail and can be purchased separately or as part of a package with the software.
Many of my images are older pictures. In addition, I have certificates and objects which I would like to include. How do I do this?
You can have the older images digitized by scanning. You can scan certificates and even three dimensional objects. If you don’t have a scanner, you can do this at any Kinko’s or similar establishment. There is a wealth of information on scanning on the internet and we have included a couple of helpful links on our Links & Resources page under company info here on our website.
Could I use My eCentury to start a life story of a new arrival in the family like a ’baby album’?
Certainly! My eCentury™ is and excellent tool for a grandparent or parent to start the life story of a new arrival.
